Banana chocolate Chia mousse

A quick fix if you need something fast for breakfast or if you need a sugar free dessert:


1 can of Coconut cream or Coconut milk

1/4 cup raw cacao powder

1/4 cup PB2 powder

1/3 cup chia seeds

1/3 cup unsweetened Peanut Butter

1 Banana

1 tsp vanilla – optional


Heat Coconut cream in a small sauce pan. Add PB2 and Cacao powder and stir

remove from heat once warm.

Pour into your blender and add remaining ingredients.

Blend for a minute

pour into ramekins, let cool, cover and refrigerate for up to a week.
