Wednesday January 18

Day 3 of strict paleo.  I almost caved last night and had a scotch, but I didn't. 

B – my spirulina smoothie

L – Smoked peppered Mackerel, tomato, cucumber, caper salad. yummy!

D- Chicken caciatore with cauliflower steaks.  

I just had some more chicken as a snack.  It's my french chicken recipe, coming tomorrow. Too tired tonight to type it up.
